Deck Cleaning
Deck cleaning is performed using a combination of water pressure and special solutions specifically fitting the type of the deck-wood (pine, ipea, cedar). We recommend using only known and branded cleaners used by the specialists, such as those from Flood and Lazur. Using improper materials can do more harm than good.
Cleaning should be performed once or twice a year, depending on the dirt and debris buildup.
To avoid staining it is recommended to wash the deck immediately in case of fruit debris, bird droppings etc.
After cleaning and drying the deck, it is highly recommended to polish or apply new paint. The finish gives the wood a nice shiny look and prevents dirt absorption.
